WGN’s 66 Days of On-Air Giveaways celebrating Route 66

There’s no shortage of nostalgic adventures to be had along the First Hundred Miles of Historic Route 66. From June 20 through August 24, the Illinois Office of Tourism, The First Hundred Miles of Route 66, Heritage Corridor Destinations and WGN Radio are giving you the chance to win a daily on-air prize valued at $200 to celebrate all there is to do on Route 66!

Daily on-air prizes include a $100 gift card to a featured attraction, shop, restaurant, museum, or business along Route 66 AND a $100 Exxon Mobil gas card to fuel your Route 66 adventures!

How to win the on-air prizes:

• Listen for the prompt from the show host to call-in.
• Call WGN Radio’s Contest Line at 312-981-7200.
• The sixth caller will be determined the winner, subject to eligibility.**Eligibility requirements to be determined a winner: Must be 18+ or older and a permanent legal U.S. resident within the WGN(AM) Listening Area who has not won a prize in 60 days or two years if over $600).

When to listen:

The giveaways will start on the Bob Sirott Show on Thursday, June 20 and end on HouseSmarts Radio with Lou Manfredini on Saturday, August 24. The schedule is as follows:

• Bob Sirott Show – Giveaways will occur between 8am – 10am weekdays on these dates: June 20, 25, and 28; July 3, 4, 8, 11, 16, 19, 24, and 29; and August 1, 6, 9, 14, 19, and 22.
• John Williams Show – Giveaways will occur between 10am – Noon weekdays on these dates: June 21 and 26; July 1, 5, 9, 12, 17, 22, 25, and 30; and August 2, 7, 12, 15, 20, and 23.
• Lisa Dent Show – Giveaways will occur between 2pm – 4pm weekdays on these dates: June 24 and 27; July 2, 10, 15, 18, 23, 26, and 31; and August 5, 8, 13, 16, and 21.
• HouseSmarts Radio with Lou Manfredini – Giveaways will occur between 8am – 10am Saturdays on these dates: June 22 and 29; July 6, 13, 20, and 27; and August 3, 10, 17, and 24.
• Dean Richards’ Sunday Morning Show – Giveaways will occur between 9am – 11am Sundays on these dates: June 23 and 30; July 7, 14, 21, and 28; and August 4, 11, and 18.
